Thanks for using Dataport ! Our mission is both :
- simplify at the most the sharing and transfer of data from one to another regardless the used devices and without the need of downloading a software or creating an account;
- offer a clipboard-like tool that allows you to copy/paste your data from one device to another keeping it in sync regardless the used devices while keeping your content safe and accessible at all times.
These Terms and Conditions of agreement ("Agreement") cover your use and access to our https://dataport.me/ Website (Dataport).
In this Agreement, the term "Website", "Service", "we", "our" or any variations thereof appearing within this agreement includes all websites, web pages and content within Dataport Website as well as any equivalent, mirror, substitute or back-up websites, as well as our services, features, graphics, publications, correspondence, newsletters and all else that may be deemed to belong to Dataport Website.

Dataport's Terms and Conditions, and any rights and licenses granted under these Terms and Conditions, may not be transferred, designated, ascribed or assigned by you, but may be transferred, designated, ascribed or assigned by Dataport without limitation or restriction.
Your Responsibilities
Content in the Services may be protected by others’ intellectual property rights. Please don’t copy, upload, download, or share content unless you have the right to do so.
Dataport may review your conduct and content for compliance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. We aren’t responsible for the content people post and share via the Service.

We strive to provide great Services, but there are certain things that we can't guarantee. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". You agree that your use of the Dataport website shall be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dataport, its officers, directors, employees and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses, personal injury or property damages, claims, liabilities or problems that may be incurred during your involvement with Dataport, submissions made to the Website, or any other actions performed on the Website.
Content Regulations on the Website
Additionally to general use conditions and restrictions, following conditions and restrictions apply specifically to your use of content on Dataport.
All content of the Website, including but not limited to, software, design, logo, images, text, illustrations, trademarks, trade names, artwork, graphics, other materials, personally identifiable information and copyrightable or otherwise protectable elements of the Website are property of the respective owners and are protected under the copyright, patent, or any other law(s), regulations or treaties whether local, state, federal, or otherwise. You agree that all data submitted to Dataport to be shared through the Public Dataport feature (see About page) is not privately shared and is likely to be exposed to anyone coming across the corresponding Dataport-ID.
You grant each user of Dataport a non-exclusive license to access your submissions through the Website and use it in any way as permitted through functionality of the Website and under these Terms and Conditions. You agree that Dataport may keep copies of user submissions that have been temporarily removed or permanently deleted. You agree that Dataport has no liability for the removal, deletion or failure to store to any user publications or submissions.
You agree that all correspondence and newsletter(s) released and distributed by Dataport are a privilege and not a right for a user. We reserve the right to remove, withdraw or prohibit a user from our correspondence and newsletter(s) at any time without prior notice.

Violations

Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits. This is the entire and exclusive Agreement between you and us regarding use of the Website.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
